This is a one of a kind piece of art designed and manufactured by ArtDiculous and Cobalt Design.  4 layers of vintage steel and stainless, we wanted to create something that no one had ever seen before.  Stop by suite 19 sometime and take a look.  It measures 55" x 48".  The owners were so happy they tried to pay more than the invoice.  We are considering making a more affordable scaled down size to make available on our website.

Water jet cutting one inch aluminum

 6061 Aluminum cut with a KMT water jet pushing 55,000 psi. This part was cut at a rate of 5 inches per minute using Barton Mines HPX 85 garnet. The result is a clean, finished edge with a taper less than .010" on one inch aluminum. The perfect solution for first stage part processing.
